Set against the backdrop of the majestic Langeberg mountain Range, the Garden Route Game Lodge guards the entrance to South Africa's world famous Garden Route Coast. Only 3½ scenic hours drive from Cape Town, this malaria free, private game reserve is home to an abundance of animal and bird life including the BIG 5.

Departures: Fridays from Cape Town
Friday
Depart Cape Town at mid-day and make our way to Hermanus. Our route takes us around stunning False Bay to Betty’s Bay. We’ll visit the local penguin colony, Stony Point before arrival in Hermanus. Hermanus is famous for being the best land based whale watching site(in season) in South Africa. After dinner you can explore the night life of Hermanus and visit the local pubs and shake it up all night…
Saturday
After Breakfast we’ll wonder the markets before heading to the Garden Route Safari lodge (lion, elephant, rhinoceros, buffalo, cheetah, ostrich, springbok, wildebeest + lots more!) On route we’ll stop at the Gouritz bungy jump for those who wish to take the 65m plunge into thin air… Dinner and accommodation at lodge (4 star)
Sunday
Join the early morning game drive to see some of the animals that we maybe didn’t see the evening before. Breakfast follows and after we’ll visit the reptile park and do the Cheetah walk. Once finished we’ll start to make our way back to Cape Town for arrival around 5pm.
